Shipping Policy – Rovim

At Rovim, we are committed to delivering your orders with care, efficiency, and within the promised timelines. All products are shipped via trusted logistics partners, and you can track your order status directly through our website.

1. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after confirmation via phone or WhatsApp.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email and phone number.

2. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 4–5 working days.
Made-to-Order or Customized Products: Delivered within 7–10 working days.
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will keep you informed.

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping: Free on all orders within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 COD fee applies.
International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination and may include additional customs fees.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order status anytime on our website.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 7 days, please contact us at rovimethnic@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 working hours.

5. Delivery Delays

Shipping may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand). We will do our best to keep you updated and fulfill your order as promptly as possible.

6. Failed Deliveries & Cancellations

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
The order will be marked as 'Terminated'.
We will make an effort to contact you before terminating the order (for both COD and prepaid).
Once the customer reconnects with us, we’ll gladly resume the order process.
